Our warehouse team picks the correct items and packs them for dispatch — accurately and efficiently.
Dispatch
The parcel is handed to Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. Orders placed before cut-off are dispatched the same day.
Tracking Updated
Tracking information is automatically fed back to your sales channel and your customer.

Pick, Pack and Dispatch
Our pick and pack team works to a consistent, accurate process for every order. Items are picked against the order details, checked, packed appropriately and labelled for dispatch.
We dispatch via Royal Mail, DPD and UPS — selecting the right service for each parcel based on size, weight, destination and your preferences. Orders before the daily cut-off go out the same day.
All dispatch information is fed back automatically to your ecommerce platform. Your customers receive tracking notifications without any action needed from you.
Inventory and Warehousing
Your stock is stored at our Daventry warehouse and tracked through our WMS in real time. You can check stock levels, view recent movements and monitor what's incoming at any time through your client portal.
We handle goods-in accurately, counting and checking stock against your expected delivery. Any discrepancies are flagged immediately.
Our warehouse is also organic certified — making us one of the few UK ecommerce fulfilment providers able to store and dispatch organic certified products under certification requirements.
Returns and Reverse Logistics
Returns are an unavoidable part of ecommerce. We handle them on your behalf — receiving returned parcels, inspecting the contents and updating your inventory accordingly.
Where products need repackaging, relabelling or minor rework before they can be sold again, our team can manage that too. Stock is only returned to your sellable inventory once it's confirmed as fit for dispatch.
We also provide regular returns reports so you can track return rates by product, helping you identify quality or packaging issues early.

You send your stock to our warehouse. When a customer orders from your online store or marketplace, the order is automatically downloaded into our system. Our team picks the items, packs them and dispatches the parcel — often the same day. Tracking is automatically sent back to your platform and your customer.
