Inventory Management
Every unit of stock in our warehouse is tracked through our WMS. From the moment your goods arrive and are checked in, through to the point they're dispatched or returned, your inventory data is accurate and up to date.
You can log in to your client portal at any time to view stock levels by SKU, check incoming deliveries, review recent order activity and set low-stock alerts. No need to call or email to find out what's in your warehouse.
Inventory is reconciled regularly and any discrepancies are flagged proactively. You always know exactly what you have.
Warehouse Fulfilment
Storage is just the start. Our warehouse is set up for efficient order fulfilment — picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and quickly.
Orders from your sales channels are downloaded automatically into our WMS. Our team picks the items, packs them and hands them to the carrier — often the same day for orders before the cut-off.
We dispatch via Royal Mail, DPD and UPS, selecting the right service for each order. Tracking information is automatically fed back to your platform and your customer.

Ecommerce Warehousing
Our warehousing is designed around ecommerce fulfilment. Stock is organised for fast single-item picking, not just pallet movements. This means your orders go out quickly and accurately, even during peak periods.
We integrate directly with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and eBay. Your sales channels connect to our WMS and orders flow automatically — no manual downloading or processing on your side.

Pick and Pack
Efficient warehousing is inseparable from accurate picking and packing. Our pick and pack team works directly from our warehouse, with stock locations optimised to reduce travel time and picking errors.
We handle individual consumer parcels, multi-line orders, subscription box packing and more complex kitting requirements. Packing materials are selected appropriately for each product type and order destination.
Organic and Specialist Storage
Our warehouse is organic certified, meaning we can store and dispatch organic products in compliance with certification requirements. This is a specific requirement that many UK 3PLs cannot meet — it makes Target 3PL a suitable partner for organic food, supplement and cosmetics brands.

How do I track my stock?
All stock is tracked through our warehouse management system (WMS). You have real-time access to inventory levels, movements, incoming goods and order history through your client portal.
Can I use your warehousing without a long-term contract?
Yes. Through our Target Flex service, there are no minimum storage commitments or long-term contracts. You pay for the space and services you use.
